Spaghett-English Takes Over The Dummy Room

What happens when an Italian record nerd with questionable English meets one of the best punk rock podcasts out there? Chaos. The good kind.

A few weeks ago, I had the huge honor of being invited onto The Dummy Room podcast. For those who don’t know it, The Dummy Room is a long-running punk rock podcast hosted by Nate, featuring interviews with bands, deep dives into records, underground stories, and passionate conversations about everything punk and DIY culture.

During the episode, we talked about I Buy Records, Ratbones, running a small independent label, the realities of pressing vinyl today, and the ups and downs of running a label in 2026. We also went off on a few tangents – because no great podcast survives without them.

I had an amazing time spending the evening talking music, records, and random life stuff with Nate. It’s no secret that The Dummy Room is my favorite podcast, so being part of it was truly an honor.

If you’ve got a couple of hours and don’t mind listening to a certified idiot rambling in semi-functional Spaghett-English, give it a spin.

And if you’re already a Dummy Room listener – or if this episode pulls you in – let me know what you think. I’d love to hear your thoughts.
